The new roof will be a white.08-inch, thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane installed over 1/2 inch compressed ISO-board insulation, which shall be attached to the wood deck original to this 1887 rowhouse. The wood deck is in good shape, and we do not anticipate the need to replace any wood. Contractor will also install TPO flashings and/or metal counter flashings, as required by manufacturer, to all curbs, walls, and penetrations. Contractor will install aluminum drip edges with 5.5 inch flashings, which shall be sealed in accordance with manufacturer specifications.Contractor will install TPO pipe vent covers.
