REVISION TO B2600171 We recently completed a full bathroom renovation on the main floor
Alteration or repair at 510 Park Rd NW, Washington
DC Department of Buildings permit B2604920: issued Sep 1, 2026 for alteration or repair work at 510 Park Rd NW. REVISION TO B2600171 We recently completed a full bathroom renovation on the main floor. However, there was an error in the stove location on the permit drawings submitted by our architect, which were subsequently approved. In order to install the bathroom, we needed to run water lines underneath the kitchen floor. As a result, we ended up replacing the kitchen flooring, cabinets, and countertops, but since everything remained in the same location, we did not apply for new permits. The issue arose during the final inspection for the new bathroom, when the inspector observed that the stove was positioned differently than indicated in the approved bathroom drawings. To address this, I am submitting documentation from the homeowner and the architect to correct the drawing discrepancies. Since the gas stove is actually in the same place as it was during the previous kitchen renovation in 2009, I will also attach the kitchen permit and have the relevant drawings available at the house to show the inspector during their next visit.

Type of work and status are our own standard labels, so permits compare across cities. The city's wording is in the "City's category" and "City's status" rows. We show costs under $100 as not listed, because filers often enter $0 or $1 when the city doesn't require a cost.
