The area formerly occupied by Stair 1-W is reclaimed into the residential units. On Levels 2-5, the space is converted to den/closet areas. At the penthouse, the space is converted to an exercise studio. The filing includes associated architectural, structural, MEP, and fire sprinkler revisions required to reflect the stair removal and space reconfiguration. Additional MEP revisions address field-identified coordination and construction conflicts. All changes are clouded on the drawings.
