For this project, JES will install 50 LF of Basement Gutter and 8 LF of Spee-D Channel with grate along the perimeter of the basement as shown on the attached drawing. The Basement Gutter and Spee-D Channel will channel water to two new SafeDri IMG8 sump pumps and SafeDri ProX basins, or equivalent. The pumps will be powered by a new dedicated GFCI outlet. The discharge line will not be visible by the public eye, and the discharged water will not be a public nuisance.
