For price to replace that section with shingles, see Option #1.Option #1: 1. Replace slate on vertical wall with CertainTeed Landmark Shingles. We will install 6 nails per shingle following the steep slope application. Option #2:1. Install copper flashings and copper drip edge on shingle roof.Aluminum Gutter Installation:1. Remove existing gutters and downspouts and haul from premises.2. Inspect conditions of existing fascia. Any fascia that needs to be replaced, can be done at a rate of $12.00/linear foot.3. Furnish and install 6 .032 ogee aluminum gutter with hidden hangers and a 3 x 4 downspout at existing locations. Color to be selected by homeowner.4. We will install round downspouts by front entrance to match style of existing downspouts.5. Clean and dispose of all job-related debris and haul from the premises.6. NOTE: It may be necessary to change the adapter in the underground drains to accommodate larger sized downspouts.Copper Gutter Installation:1. Scope to install new copper gutters and downspouts at existing locations.2. We will install 4 round downspouts at the gutters of the front portico and 3 x 4 downspouts at the other locations, matching the current existing styles.Gutter Guard Installation:1. Install EZ Lock Gutter Guards on newly installed gutters.Copper Roof Replacement: (Standing Seam): 1. Remove existing copper roof panels, underlayments and flashings and haul from premises. 2. Install one course ice and water shield on the entirety of the deck.3. Install rosin underlayment.4. Properly integrate copper flashing at the terminations.5. Furnish and install 16-ounce standing seam copper panels. Flat Pan Copper Replacements:1. Replace the copper by the dormer window and vertical walls and install 16-ounce flat seam copper.
