Installation will include new insulated glazing, aluminum screens, and associated window components in accordance with the manufacturer's installation requirements.The work is limited to the removal of the existing windows, installation of the replacement windows, sealing, flashing, insulation, and finish trim as required for a weather-tight installation. Minor interior paint and finish touch-up may be required following installation. Any necessary minor repairs to existing window frames or trim discovered during installation will be limited to localized repair work necessary to complete the installation and will not alter the appearance of the building.The project does not include any additions, expansion of the building footprint, changes to the exterior architectural design, or structural alterations. The replacement windows are intended to improve energy efficiency, weather resistance, and occupant comfort while maintaining the historic character and exterior appearance of the property.
