The remaining (21) wells were/ or are to be abandoned as follows: - Two (2) wells NEBC-18 and NEBC-24 were completed as soil borings hence abandoned upon completion. - Two (2) wells NEBC-20 and NEBC-21 were abandoned under permit SB2300242, - Two (2) wells NEBC-16 and NEBC-17 were abandoned under permit PA427144, - One (1) well NEBS-23 was abandoned under permit SB2400293, - Seven (7) wells NEBC-02, NEBC-03, NEBC-04, NEBC-06, NEBC-07, NEBC-08 & NEBC-05 will be abandoned under permit PA2400258, -Seven (7) wells: NEBC-09, NEBS-10, NEBC-11, NEBS-12, NEBC-13, NEBC-14 and NEBC-15 will be abandoned under Permit SB2400314 ABANDONMENT PROCEDURES for NEBBC-25 to be followed are explained in the work plan attached and summarized below: Get photos with measuring tape through the well riser and screen; Tremie grout the well screen and riser; Over drill to depth 26 bgs; Tremie grout over drilled borehole to 2' bgs, adjust grout level as needed. Backfill with same and like material to (0) feet, as needed. Site restoration will follow no later than 24 hours.
