New wiring, receptacles, switches, lighting fixtures, smoke and carbon monoxide devices, and all associated electrical equipment. PLUMBING AND GAS: - (19) plumbing fixtures. - Reconstruction of (1) sanitary sewer connection. - Reconstruction of (1) domestic water service connection. - (3) electric water heaters. - Gas piping and connections serving (3) gas ranges and (3) gas furnaces. - Installation of all associated water distribution, sanitary drainage, vent piping, and gas piping systems. MECHANICAL (HVAC): - (3) complete HVAC distribution systems, including ductwork, registers, grilles, and associated equipment. - (1) 40,000 BTU high efficiency gas furnace with approximately 2-ton air conditioning system. - (2) 72,000 BTU high efficiency gas furnaces with approximately 2.5-ton air conditioning systems. - (4) bathroom exhaust fans rated at 50 cfm. - Installation of all associated condensate drainage, refrigerant piping, ventilation, combustion air, and mechanical components required for complete operation of the HVAC systems. All work as per plans as per code. As per plans and as per code. Approved For Work only. Subject to the permitted uses and regulations under the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
