The change is to document the actual size of the transformer that will be installed by Xcel which was smaller than the planned transformer size. The engineer of record has reviewed and approved the change based on Xcel opting to install a smaller transformer than initially planned. The electrical inspector has required this update in order to pass our one-line inspection an allow for start-up of the electrical system and proceed with building system startup and commissioning activities to meet our planned opening date. 2/3/2026 Revisions to permit including minor changes described in the submitted change narratives as well as the revised Architectural, Civil, and Electrical drawings.
