Both existing restaurants share a kitchen and restrooms. The existing public dining spaces along with the existing back of house spaces are to remain and therefore will not increase or decrease the existing occupancy load. The extent of the renovation includes shifting the kitchen wall between the restrooms and the kitchen further north to allow greater circulation in the kitchen. The shift of this wall then requires a reconfiguration of the existing restrooms and wine room. There will not be a change in the required number of fixtures. Some of the existing kitchen equipment will be replaced or reconfigured as shown in the FS drawings.
