Supply and install 1 new Trane 96+% efficient, 2 stage variable speed 40,000btu furnace in same location as old one. Supply and install 1 new Filter box under new furnace. Connect to the existing gas, electrical, duct work and flue pipes. Supply and install 1 new 14SEER 3-ton Heat pump on the roof in the same location as the old air conditioner. Supply and install new low voltage wire from the furnace to control the new heat pump on the roof. We will clean the existing linset and reconnect to the new Heat Pump and Evap. coil on top of the furnace. Supply and install 1 new Honeywell zone system in same location as old one. 2 Wi-Fi thermostats will be located in mechanical room and connected to 2 new zone sensors. We will reconnect to the existing wiring currently there. Supply and install 1 new Aprilaire 16x25 media filter between furnace and furnace box. PLEASE NOTE: APPLICABLE ONLY TO SYSTEMS WITH FUEL BURNING APPLIANCES: All new plastic glued vents for fuel burning appliances must undergo pressure testing. To facilitate the inspection process, please provide photographic evidence of the pressure test directly to the assigned inspector on the day the rough mechanical inspection is scheduled. Approved tests: 10 ft water test, 5 PSI positive pressure, or Negative 5 psi air pressure test for 15 Minutes.
