Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development permit COM-ALT-22-000051: issued Apr 12, 2022 for alteration or repair work at 2149 Harbor Ave. Interior demo work as per plan for phase i along with concrete pad (new) - refer to paragraph 7.6.4 in attached document. 7.6.4. Installation of a new doorway on the south wall to allow access to the building from new concrete ramp. The ramp will need to be designed to withstand a 12,000lb fork truck carrying loads up to 6000 lbs. The ramp will not exceed a 10% grade. Door opening will need a new garage door installed with insulated panels. Doors will be outfitted with capability to detect objects or people in the way prior and during closing. Doors will be outfitted with security sensors at the top of the door capable of working with existing security systems. Existing cabling to camera system on the southeast side of the building to be pulled back to the ceiling inside. At the bottom of the new ramp, a 25' by 30' concrete pad will be poured to facilitate the unloading of flatbed trailers by fork truck. Same weight design constraints as the ramp will be used. Ensure that pad doesn't impact current stormwater drainage systems and is properly slopped for drainage of the parking lot.
