This project consist of the installation of a new cmrb prefab/pre-engineered paint booth structure to be located on the NW quadrant of building 531. Fire sprinklers and manual fire alarm w/emergency shutdown deferred. A new concrete slab will support the new outside paint booth. The proposed paint booth opening will be thru an existing building wall. A steel wind girt will have to be raised where the opening will be and will be further supported by a cmu wall on each side of the new wall opening and to provide the required lateral stability.
