Concrete tilt-up walls with steel joists. The intent of this project is to construct two new multi tenant buildings. Building 1 is approximately 129,996 square feet [sf] gross and comprised of approximately 2,204 sf of Office and 127,789 sf of Warehouse. Building 2 is approximately 116,131 sf (gross) and comprised of approximately 2,363 sf of Office and 113,768 sf of Warehouse. Building 1 will be provided with four (4) overhead doors at grade & two truck wells provided with eighteen (18) overhead door bays for a total of forty (40) overhead doors. Building 2 will be provided with four (4) overhead doors at grade & two (2) truck wells, one with eighteen (18) overhead doors and another with sixteen (16) overhead doors for a total of thirty-eight (38) overhead doors. No outdoor storage is proposed as a part of this new development. Special Inspections for Emergency Response Radio Coverage. Electric fire pump in building 1. Deferred fire sprinklers, fire alarms, high-piled storage, and electrical vehicle gates. Bld 1 - New 2" domestic water meter. Bld 2 - New 2" domestic water meter. Landscape water meter is existing. Special Inspections Req for steel, concrete, masonry, soils, adhesive anchors. Three new 3-phase electric meters for building 1, and two new 3-phase electric meters for building 2. Construction, repair, remodeling, demolition, and excavation work may be conducted between 6:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Work outside of this timeframe requires an afterhours permit. Afterhours permits for construction are subject to the following conditions and Building Official approval: 1. The applicant must provide the following information: a. Location of work 2862 N 58th Cir, Mesa AZ 85215 b. Schedule of hours and days Aug 1 – Sept 30, 2023 c. Scope of work to be performed General concrete, structural steel, masonry, foam roofing, fire protection work. d. Anticipated noise generated from the work performed. General construction noise like trucks, manpower, tools etc e. Construction permit number (ex. Pmt, utl, row) pmt23-01718 & pmt22-11367 2. Applicant shall notify all residence within 500 feet of the project property line in writing. 6. The notice shall explain the purpose of the afterhours work and the times and days the work will be performed. Request to start work at 4:00AM for Worker Safety from Aug 1 – Sept 30. All reasonable efforts will be taken to mitigate fugitive light. Traffic pattern to keep headlights from pointing towards homes etc. 5. The applicant will respond positively to neighbor complaints. SSB & Subcontractors will address all noise complaint requests with City of Mesa & Mesa PD within reason. 6. The Development Services Department can cancel this permit if legitimate complaints are not resolved.
