There are active construction sites to the west, south, and east of our jobsite. There are residents to the north 300 feet from the property line but more than 500 feet from our work area. b. All reasonable efforts will be taken to mitigate fugitive light: If used, light plants will be pointed towards the ground to mitigate fugitive light 5.
