No pressure washing is permitted over 100 PSI. Remove/replace deteriorated wood weatherboard siding, using square edge Spanish cedar or mahogany. Maintain existing reveals at window/door and corner trim. Remove/replace deteriorated balcony decking as necessary, per VCC detail sheet no. 12 (attached), Remove all spot lighting and unshielded light fixtures. Install cylindrical downlights under balconies and centered over door and window openings. Downlights shall meet the following criteria: 3000K color temperature, 80+ color rendering index, and 800-1200 lumens per bulb. Fixtures and wiring shall be painted to match adjacent surface.All inoperable wiring shall be removed, and new/remaining wiring shall be installed in a discreet conduit painted to match adjacent building surface. Remove all satellite dishes. Repair mounted surfaces per VCC Design Guidelines All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than 30 days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. NOTE: This permit does NOT include items requiring Arch.
